Gather charity: making a difference in our community

The outbreak of a full-scale war has become a test for Ukrainians and the whole world, which has forced people with different income levels and life orientations to unite. The Gather Foundation was created to provide various types of assistance to those who have suffered from the fighting or are defending the country from enemies through military service. Our team does everything to bring victory closer and provide soldiers, internally displaced persons and children with the necessary resources.

The Foundation’s initiatives are aimed at a wide range of people in difficulty, to join the programme and help everyone from Ukraine and other countries. Together with other charitable organisations, we ensure a positive impact on internal social processes and create the basis for further struggle against the occupiers. Gather’s charity has no political overtones and does not bring financial benefits, and everyone can become a participant in the process of rebuilding the country. We appreciate everyone who becomes part of the team and is responsible for reporting.

Help for the community during the war is needed all the time, and in more ways than one. Our fund for targeted assistance
– children who have suffered during the hostilities and need medical treatment and psychological rehabilitation;
– internally displaced persons who have lost their homes and are starting life from scratch in safe regions;
-Hospitals that receive patients in frontline areas;
-People who need to be evacuated;
-Schools that continue the educational process despite the difficulties of wartime;
-military personnel of various specialities who are serving or undergoing treatment and rehabilitation as a result of injuries.

All of our programmes are aimed at helping Ukrainians in wartime, and their implementation is based on the following principles:
1. Transparency in the use of financial resources.
2. Comprehensive information support.
3. Constant team expansion and launch of new initiatives.
4. Cooperation with reliable partners from different fields.
5. Refusal of any financial gain. At Gather, we strive to help free of charge and build a community where everyone understands the meaning of freedom and is ready to report on their efforts to fight for a happy future for Ukraine.

Options for helping the community

The problems of the war have affected all residents of our country and beyond, and our foundation creates conditions for providing assistance that can be provided by an ordinary person or organisation. On the website, you can see a variety of programmes, among which you can choose the one that suits your internal needs and financial capabilities. Obviously, not everyone can make large donations, but there are other ways to help:
-providing food and clothing
-Donations of medicines
-production and repair of equipment needed at the front line
-purchasing spare parts and equipment for specific units;
-Providing support during evacuation;
-Preparation and distribution of food packages to refugees;
-Providing free psychological and medical assistance to IDPs and the military;
-Transfer of vehicles for the needs of the military;
-Establishing cooperation with foreign philanthropists;
-Participation in partnership projects and assistance in solving logistical problems.

In fact, any help is valuable. We continue with 2022 and will do so until the war is won, and you can become a part of our project at any time!
